These diverse group of companies span several vertical and horizontal markets. Originally founded as Genesis Marketing & Associates, a full service advertising agency, expertise in a number of industries spawned the creation of this diverse set of businesses, patents, trademarks and awards. To date, Joel Lipperini is actively involved in most aspects of each of these companies. He maintains that, “in order to sustain a certain level of quality, you must stay involved.” This strategy appears to work well with many of his company’s clients maintaining yearly contracts over the last 15+ years.
